Absolutely awesome experience with family.
This property will give you all the necessary things to relax, chill, njoi. And the best thing is – Pet parents need not to worry.
We stayed there for 2N3D. This property is in Home Stay / Farm Stay category but well accessible by your own vehicle. Very far from city noise and one can really feel the peace here. They have 3 family cottages & 3 deluxe cottages, facing the valley. All cottages are having personal sit out area facing the valley.
Rooms: Good. Clean. Will give you homestay feeling. Family cottages are having 1 double bed + 1 single bed and Deluxe cottages are bit small in size and having 1 double bed only.
Washroom: Clean & maintained.
They will serve food in the room but my suggestion would be to have food in their dining area which is adjacent to kitchen, Dinning area will give you village like feel and a complete view of the valley and most importantly – hot hot food served.
Food will give you homely feeling and taste really good. Inspite of the secluded location, they do have a menu card which offers different category of meals – snacks etc. Good taste & reasonably priced.
Bonfire area is the main attraction. Where different people can njoi together and if anyone is lucky (like I was), can experience live music as well hosted by the owner Rakesh ji & his musician friend Bobby. It was indeed memorable for me & my family. Bobby…u rocked mate…
Hospitality at it’s best. They will win your heart by their hospitality & welcome nature. Owner Rakesh ji and his entire crew will make you feel special. Take out some time and talk to them, appreciate them for what they are doing and in return you will get a great hospitality. But please remember 1 thing, it’s not commercial property, so they are giving best room service as per their capacity.
Location: After crossing Bhimtaal, you need to take the Mukteshwar road. Need to reach Padampuri. From Padampuri there is a small cut on left. Need to take the left as right one is going to Mukteshwar. After left, 9KM straight uphill to reach the property. Last 300 mtr patch to property is bit of off-roading but if the driver is confident, then no issue at all. I personally drove in that last 300 mtrs patch and found no issue at all. But need to confirm from Rakesh ji about the present situation. If you will not be able to drive in that patch, no worries, they will pick you up by their car.
Finally I will say, thank you Rakesh Ji & crew for everything. You people made my trip really memorable. Will see u again in couple of months….
